cardiac sequences
multimodality Straus project aims at providing a simulation framework for the generation of realistic 3D synthetic cardiac ultrasound and magnetic resonance (both cine and tagged) image sequences from the same virtual patient. A dataset of 18 virtual patients has been generated and is publicly available for benchmark.
